Options for output

Select this check box to generate one of your selected output types per account, regardless of your other filtering selections. For example, if you select Customer above, and then filter by sales, a customer who has purchased multiples of the same item would be included in your output as many times as they've made that same purchase unless you select this option.

Select this check box to send electronic, rather than printed, correspondence to accounts that are set up with an email address and a method that allows email.

Select this check box to display the total number of labels or letters that will print before you print them.

Select this check box to print the account number on labels. This check box is only available if you select 5160 Labels or Blaster as the Output Type.

Select this check box to generate emails for each email address on an account.
